If you just set people in motion, they'll heal themselves.

Embodied-Relational Movement is a group practice influenced by Embodied-Relational Therapy (ERT) which focuses on 2 fundamental facts about human beings: we are embodied and in relationship. To be alive we need to be a body, to be alive we need to relate to others; our greatest challenges and our greatest joys follow from this. Embracing the power of words and the wisdom of the moving body, this practice explores what it is to be an embodied-relational being and how we can experience more authentic and satisfying connection to ourselves and others.
